We are seeking a dynamic Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing & HVAC Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting warehouse personnel with stocking, receiving, and providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.
Duties:
- Inventory receiving and stocking
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism once trained
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience in retail and wholesale preferred
- Proficiency in retail math
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Sales skills with a customer-focused is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
