Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with experience in house and office maintenance, groundskeeping, handyman services, driving, and car detailing. This role requires someone who is flexible, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure our properties and vehicles are well-maintained and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and office buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings as needed.
Maintain and care for the grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
Provide handyman services such as assembling furniture, painting, and minor renovations.
Drive company vehicles for various errands and transport needs, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and clean.
Detail company vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing interiors and exteriors.
Conduct regular inspections of properties and vehicles to identify and address maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance, handyman services, groundskeeping, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge and experience in painting, electrical, and plumbing work.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
