Custodian Maintenance Person for Self-Storage Facility is looking for a part time employee to work at our storage facilities each week for a custodian/maintenance person. This would be four hour shifts for five days per week or a total of 20 hours per week. The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to: general cleaning of the offices, restroom, floors, parking lots, driveways, inside the building hallways and storage units. Also requires knowledge of replacing light bulbs, cleaning supplies and equipment.
This work schedule has flexibility, but will be withing the office hours of 8:30 am to 6 p.m.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
