We are seeking a self-motivated and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be careful, reliable, and experienced in warehouse operations, with a strong ability to safely operate a forklift to fulfill orders and manage inventory. As part of our team, you will spend the majority of your time operating a forklift efficiently and communicating with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
Requirements & Qualifications:
Our ideal qualified candidate will have the following:
Experience in the tile/flooring industry is a plus but not required
Minimum 1-year forklift experience (knowledge, skills and ability exam will be done during interview)
Ability to lift upwards of 80 lbs. without restrictions throughout the shift
Excellent physical condition and coordination
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts and processes
Self-driven, work well in a team and capable of working independently
Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
Ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Attention to detail and critical thinking (we want you to ask questions to learn)
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to operate under deadlines
Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling and bending throughout the shift
Must be flexible and willing to take on various warehouse tasks as needed
Must live within a reasonable distance from the job location
Must follow all safety protocols and adhere to company standards
