SCHEDULE: M-F; $21-22
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and Program CNC/Zund Machines: Efficiently set up, operate, and program CNC and Zund machines to produce high-quality flooring and wall cladding products.
Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure precise production and adherence to design specifications.
Measurement Accuracy: Use tape measures and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
CAD Utilization (a plus): Utilize CAD software for design modifications and enhancements to optimize production processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 1-2 years of experience operating and programming CNC and Zund machines.
Measurement Skills: Proficiency in reading a tape measure and other measurement instruments.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
CAD Experience: Experience with CAD software is a plus.
