Overall basic knowledge of apartment maintenance including but not limited to : Maintaining clean buildings, lite plumbing, some electrical, patch work, apartment turn overs, irrigation maintenance ect.
Must have your own truck and some type of tools. Need insurance & valid DL. LIVE LOCAL
