Seeking LVN or RN for a sweet 71 yr. old lady in her home. CERTIFIED Lvn or Rn only. She was a beloved preschool cook for over 22 years prior to her accident. The kindest, sweetest woman. Weight: 93lbs.
SHIFT: Overnights. 5 Nights/Week. 10:00pm- 6:00am.
Great for those who need to study at night, have kids, etc.
PATIENT PERSONALITY: She is very calm, gentle and sweet. She will be sleeping throughout the night. Stable condition. She is non-verbal. Despite her TBI, she understands everything and is very alert. Weight is 93lbs. Very easy patient. We’re a pleasant, loving home :-)
LOCATION: Garden Grove off the 22 fwy. Near The Outlets of Orange. In a safe, gated community with on premise security patrol.
PAY RATE: $31/hr. Benefits such as 401K and health insurance included for full-time. Certified RN or LVN only.
PATIENT: 71 year old Female. 93lbs.
DIAGNOSIS: TBI, trachea, G-tube, full-time oxygen. No vent. Incontinent. Non-mobile. Bed- ridden. Non-verbal (vocal chord paralysis). Despite TBI, very alert & understands everything. Stable and easy patient.
DUTIES: Reposition and diaper changes every 2 hours.
Total of 4 water flushes via G-tube.
1 morning feeding via G-tube.
G-tube dressing change.
Trachea suction as needed.
Our long-time overnight nurse has a change in private life and can no longer be with us full-time. Ideally, we would love someone to stay with us on a long-term basis. All of our nurses stay with us a long time, but I am open to your availability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Certified license. Background check, clearance process, etc . Must be punctual, kind, honest, and communicative. Enjoy working with elderly.
