Professional Caregiver for Special Needs Female

This is a part-time caregiving position for a 69-year-old special-needs female. The job consists of three Saturdays per month, each Saturday a full 24-hour shift from 10 a.m. on Saturday to 10 a.m. on Sunday. This woman has severe cognitive disability (about like a 2-year-old child), cerebral palsy and diabetes. She does not require lifting and sleeps well at night. She is a lovable person with her own interests in dogs, music, school, and loves to go on outings. She is cooperative and fun-loving. The job responsibilities include light cooking, bathing, dressing, toileting, administering medications, driving (a car is provided), and being an upbeat and entertaining companion. Applicants MUST be professional caregivers with a minimum of 3 years' experience, be a US citizen or have a green card, have a good driving record, and have good English language skills (oral and written). We are looking for someone who can make a commitment of six months or more. The salary per 24-hour shift is $445 or $1336 per month (for 3 Saturdays). If interested please email, call or text Carol.
