Podiatry group office needs reliable Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Medical Assistant (Huntington Beach)
HB PODIATRY GROUP
Receptionist or Medical assistant position needed in a well-established podiatry group. Opportunity to work with a friendly team. Medical Assisting experience is not needed. Knowledge of health insurances is beneficial but not required. Full time or part time available (no weekends or evenings) with competitive compensation. We require a reliable, trust-worthy person with a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Spanish speaking is recommended but not required. Receptionist or Administrative Assistant primary duties:
Checking in patients when they arrive
Answering phones
Scheduling patient appointments
Scanning and electronic filing of test results, consultation notes, etc.
Checking out patients, including gathering co-pays and scheduling next appointment
Reminder calls to patients
Medical Assistant duties:
Rooming Patients
Cleaning and sanitizing rooms
Cleaning instruments
Assisting Podiatrist
Assisting front office when needed
