We are a medical office with two offices in Orange County, 4 doctors, and 24 employees, and we are ready to add another outstanding team member. If you're positive, helpful, and interested in the medical field, this is the opportunity for you!
Experience in a medical office is not necessary. We offer a stable environment where learning and growth are encouraged. Most importantly, we believe in mutual respect, accountability, and teamwork. We are happy to teach all of the skills you will need to succeed.
Responsibilities include patient intake, entering patient data into the electronic medical record, and history-taking. If you have experience as a medical scribe, or are looking for a scribe position, that's a plus, but it's not mandatory.
If you're new to the medical field, this is a comfortable setting to learn and gain skills, as we provide all training. If you've been in the medical field, you know the importance of having good team members that work well together and support each other. We are very fortunate to have a great group of people, committed to helping our patients while making every day enjoyable.
We do require that you have fast typing skills, and are able to type at least 50 words per minute. If you're not sure of your typing speed, you can take an online typing speed test (example here: https://www.typingtest.com/). Any person with a score of 50 wpm or higher is encouraged to apply!
