Front Desk Duties:

Patient Reception: Greeting patients, verifying appointments, and checking them in upon arrival.

Administrative Tasks: Managing appointment schedules, confirming appointments, rescheduling as needed, and handling cancellations.

Insurance Verification: Checking insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.

Patient Registration: Collecting and updating patient demographics and medical history information.

Payment Processing: Collecting co-pays, handling payments, and managing billing inquiries.

Phone Management: Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries.

Treatment Plan Explanation: Presenting detailed treatment plans to patients, including costs, benefits, and potential treatment options explained by the doctor.

Financial Counseling: Discussing payment options, financing plans, and insurance coverage with patients.

Patient Education: Answering questions about treatment procedures and addressing any concerns patients may have. Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.

Treatment Coordination: Scheduling necessary follow-up appointments and coordinating care with specialists if needed.

Consent Forms: Ensuring all necessary treatment consent forms are properly signed by patients.

Key Skills for Both Roles: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Strong organizational and time management abilities to maintain efficient patient flow; Detail-oriented to accurately handle patient information and financial transactions; Knowledge of dental/medical insurance billing practices

Knowledge of Eaglesoft Software & Must speak and understand Spanish.

Must Have 2+ Years Experience.

Office Manager is a plus but not needed.
