We are opening a South Indian food trailer at a fixed location in Orange County and are looking for a skilled chef/cook to prepare authentic South Indian breakfast items.

Responsibilities:
Cook and serve authentic South Indian breakfast dishes consistently and efficiently
Prepare dosa/idli batter, vadas, chutneys, sambars, and accompaniments
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation at all times
Follow health and safety regulations in a compact trailer kitchen
Assist with inventory, prep, and daily kitchen operations
Requirements:
Proven experience cooking South Indian cuisine (especially breakfast items)
Strong skills in dosa making, idli steaming, chutney/sambar prep
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle fast-paced morning service
Prior restaurant or food truck/trailer experience preferred
Compensation:
Hourly pay or Monthly Salary available (based on experience & preference)
