We’re seeking a part-time bartender to join our passionate team for 2–3 dinner shifts per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Open and close the bar, ensuring it’s clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Prepare syrups, garnishes, and craft cocktails with precision.
- Greet and serve guests with warmth, efficiency, and menu expertise.
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and proper work procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant as a bartender.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency.
Certifications:
- Food Handler Certification.
- RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication and guest-facing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork mentality.
- Reliable transportation and open weekend availability (mandatory).
Hours:
- Part-time, 12–18 hours/week.
- Weekend availability required; brunch shifts starting late May.
Compensation:
$16.50/hour + tips.
