Job description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting authentic, high-quality Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Your expertise in dough preparation, sauce creation, and topping selection will be key to delivering delicious, visually appealing pizzas that exceed our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough, ensuring optimal texture and flavor.
- Create and apply homemade sauces and fresh toppings.
- Operate the pizza oven and maintain cooking standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various pizza styles and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
