La Brea Bakery, a full - service restaurant in Downtown Disney, is seeking dishwashers, line cooks and prep cooks to join our TEAM.
Located near the plaza entrance to the Disneyland Resort, La Brea Bakery has served the Downtown Disney District community for 20 years. La Brea Bakery prides itself on offering a quality dining experience by focusing on premier customer service and innovative dishes to those that have a passion for good food.
La Brea Bakery is seeking self-starters that take initiative to provide excellent service, take pride in their work, and contribute to our vision.
Dishwashers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and be customer focused. A sense of urgency is a must. Experience as a dishwasher desired, but not required.
Line Cooks must have the ability to execute all positions on the line, execute and oversee the production of all menu items including daily specials, and implement closing duties. Must have a minimum of 2 years kitchen experience or have graduated from/be enrolled in culinary school.
