Corona del Mar based alkaline water company WELL is now hiring a home delivery experience associate to join our team!
We deliver premium mineralized and naturally alkaline water served in a sustainable way that is healthier for you and the planet. We aim to reduce single use plastics and serve a higher standard of clean, exceptional tasting water that our customers love!
Our company is growing, energetic, fast paced, loves to have fun at work, and we have wonderful clients. This role requires lifting 35+ pounds over the course of a 6 hour shift, and individuals who are reliable, energetic, have a positive attitude, have strong communication skills, customer service skills and good organizational skills.
A typical day includes driving our Mercedes sprinter around with another team member Coastal Orange County (mostly Newport, Laguna Beach, and surrounding areas) to deliver our Italian glass water bottles, collaborating with the team to load the van and at times washing and filling bottles, as well as assisting members in our store. You'll enjoy exploring beautiful South Orange County neighborhoods while you make our members happy with their deliveries! It is a really great team and a social environment, as well as a great workout. You'll be using Google Calendar and navigation, as well as need to follow detailed instructions. Previous restaurant or delivery experience is preferred. Uniform and delivery vehicle provided. Clean driving record is required.
Perfect for a college student or someone looking for a new opportunity, as this part-time role is available for 3-4 days per week. Additional shifts may be available once you get started. Store hours are 10am-4pm, and our delivery shifts span from 7:30am - 1-2pm, Tuesday-Friday.
This position starts at $18 per hour with opportunity for a raise after the first 3 months, plus free (healthy, amazing tasting) alkaline water for you and your family.

We are looking for strong individuals who are comfortable lifting 35 pounds over the course of a 6 hour shift, are reliable, energetic,possess a great attitude, calm under pressure, have a professional demeanor and good organizational skills.
A typical day includes helping members refill their water bottles, chatting with customers, washing bottles, filling bottles, helping load our delivery van, and cleaning up the shop. It is a really great team and it is a social environment. Strong communication and the ability to complete tasks is key for this position! It is a good workout too!
