Italian Pizzeria in business for over 39 years opened a second location seeking cooks.
Salary:
- $18/hour + TIPS
English speaking is a must, BOH also takes phone orders.
Experience:
- Professional Cooking in restaurant: 1 Year Minimum
- Experience making pizza dough: 1 Year Minimum
Certifications:
- Food Handler Certified
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate labeling, dating, and rotating for all raw and prepped food products
- Follow recipe guidelines to prepare food based on the current menu
- Practice proper work procedures, safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain food temperatures, food quality and appearance of prepared food to our established standards
- Ability to work in multiple stations in a kitchen
- Show ability to work as a team player
- Other responsibilities and tasks as deemed appropriate by the management team
Hours:
- Part time weekend shifts available. Combination for lunch and dinner shifts.
- Lunch Shift is 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Dinner Shift is 3:30pm to 9:30pm
- We also own another restaurant 10 miles away if you are a good fit and looking for more hours.
Salary:
- $18/hour + TIPS (No FOH, all tips go to BOH)
We are looking for dedicated people with a minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant prepping, cooking, and preparing food.
