FOH Manager Position:
We're seeking a seasoned FOH Manager with experience in fine dining and a thorough understanding of OpenTable management. The ideal candidate will engage with all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and maintain consistency in service standards. They should be adept at running a floor to maximize business efficiency and profitability, with a strong focus on food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities for FOH Manager:
Greet and interact with guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house
Utilize OpenTable for managing reservations and optimizing seating arrangements
Lead and train the service team to maintain high standards of service
Ensure consistency in service, food quality, and presentation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure dishes meet the restaurant's standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Maximize business efficiency and profitability through effective floor management
Requirements for FOH Manager:
Extensive experience in a high-end dining environment
Proficiency with OpenTable and other restaurant management tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Keen attention to detail, especially regarding food quality and presentation
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of service
Server Position:
We are also looking for dedicated Servers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in upscale dining. Our servers must be knowledgeable about wine, beer, and spirits and committed to delivering exceptional service to every guest.
Requirements for Servers:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
Availability to work nights and weekends
Reliable transportation
Must provide good references
