I am offering my chef/cook prep experience to any food establishment.

Do you need to hire a chef/cook prep person from time to time? I sold my banquet house and catering business last year. I took time off to visit family and friends the last couple of months. Now that I am back, I would like to return to the culinary business as a Rent a chef/cook prep to anyone needing my services from time to time. It could be that you need me for four hours a day, eight hours a day, once or twice a week, or once a month. It could be a full week or month, you let me know when you need me and I will be punctual and ready to work immediately. I am available 24/7. I have enclosed my résumé of work experience and my food handler certificate. I can also be an independent contractor if that is better for you since I still carry my Workmen’s Compensation insurance.
