- Good knowledge of specialty rolls in line with established guidelines for quality and presentation
- Experience in preparing and storing fish and all ingredients
- Ability to work both fast and accurately
- Experience: 2 years minimum
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other staff members
