We are a healthy meal prep company seeking an experienced cook to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Have excellent knife skills with the ability to follow directions
-Accurately and efficiently cook and prepare meats, fish, vegetables, soups, sauces and other hot/cold food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
-Assist in final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for menu item plates
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items in ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
-Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
