As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Assist in setting up dining areas for service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and using a cash register
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Nice-to-have Skills:
