Croutons Restaurant in Irvine is looking for an experienced prep/line cook (with SANDWICH STATION experience) that welcomes the challenges of a fast-paced, high volume quick-service restaurant. The current shift we are hiring for requires availability from 8:00am-2:30pm M-F (approx. 30 hours per week)
Requirements for the position are:
Team player who leads by example with a positive attitude and at least TEN years of cooking and food prep experience.
SANDWICH station experience is REQUIRED.
Able to follow strict recipe, portion control, and presentation standards.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
Lots of cleaning
