We are an established Argentine steakhouse group looking for a skilled butcher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Cutting, trimming, and preparing meats according to restaurant standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the butcher station
Ensuring proper storage and rotation of meats
Supporting kitchen team as needed
Requirements:
Previous butcher/meat-cutting experience required
Knowledge of beef cuts (Argentine/US styles a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Food handler certification preferred
