- Extensive wine knowledge (French wine necessary)
- Passionate about crafting cocktails and knowledgeable about various spirits
- Engaging and personable
- French restaurant experience a plus
- Must have full availability
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Minimum 3 yrs fine dining bartending experience
- Must be able to thrive and remain poised in a high volume and demanding atmosphere
