Cafe Manager/Cook

Looking for someone experienced to run a small cafe in a luxury sports complex. Focus is on simple healthy food with a limited menu and a focus on smoothies and energy drinks. Hours are: 7:30 - 7:30pm M-F and 8-2 Sat/Sun. Duties: ordering and inventory, managing 3 employees light cooking and making smoothies. 40 hours per week expected.
