As we continue to grow, we are actively searching for a skilled Drafting Manager to join our esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct meetings with the Lead Designer and extensive meetings with draftsmen to produce construction millwork drawings.
2. Review all drawings produced for construction accuracy and adherence to drafting standards.
3. Teach construction methods to draftsmen, to ensure a high level of competency within the team.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Drafting Manager or in a similar leadership role.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting millwork and construction drawings.
3. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a must.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Oversee and manage the drafting process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to draftsmen to enhance their skills and efficiency.
7. Proficiency in relevant drafting software.
