Assistant Montessori Preschool Teacher

We are looking for an ASSISTANT TEACHER for our Montessori preschool in Laguna Niguel. An immediate position is available for a caring, enthusiastic and responsible individual to assist in the daily curriculum activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of our students. Teacher candidates must have acquired skills in providing tender loving care and support to children, demonstrate skills and abilities to maintain friendly and successful communication with parents, and establish successful team work with other teaching staff. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the education, care, hygiene, developmental activities, and supervision of children in the classroom and in the playground areas. The Assistant Teacher must have a minimum of 6 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and be willing to take more ECE classes (total of 12 ECE units altogether) as well as experience in a classroom.
