Responsibilities:
-Selling products in store
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information and assist with sales inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
