Indoor Golf Range Simulation Experience and Restaurant Now Hiring
OVERVIEW
The Front Desk Associate undertakes all receptionist and clerical duties relevant to the services offered by our company. They act as the “face” of the company for all customers and clients and are responsible for the first impression we make. Some of their duties include providing support to customers, clients, managers, and general employees with sales-related questions, general concerns, and daily office and operational needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep the lobby tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, retail, etc.)
Greet and welcome guests, redirecting them to the correct location
Answer all questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Manage all bay reservations made through the MindBody software
Perform cash or credit sales of all golf equipment and other retail items
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous or proven experience as an administrative or office assistant
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality
Familiarity or knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong communication and people skills
Customer-service orientation
Experienced in Golf Industries preferred
High school diploma or Equivalent
Part Time / Full Time (40 Hours)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
