E-commerce Administrator
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Administrator with a background in printing labels and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process online orders
Print shipping labels using uShip
Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone
Coordinate shipments and track deliveries
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently
Update and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce administration
Familiarity with uShip label printing
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
