Patrol Masters is currently Hiring a Customer Service Rep/ Data Entry with fast path advancement depending on experience and enthusiasm to our communications Department. Patrol Masters is also seeking one to two overnight supervisors,to oversee their dispatch team, and patrol officers. These are both fast paced jobs, perfect for anyone seeking managerial experience, and an opportunity to advance. Patrol Masters is looking to hire, and train right away- which means you could be working within the week!

Special Requirements:

Willingness and/ or ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends

Full availability; no exceptions. (Days, Swings, Graves, Weekends and Holidays)

Must have at least 4 months Customer Service Exp.

Must be able to type 40wpm (Testing is required at the time of interview)

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Rep. you must perform a full range of radio and telephone operational duties in our 24hr facility.

Qualified candidate is required to process and prioritize incoming calls for clients and Vehicle Patrol drivers out on the field. As a dispatcher/Customer Service Rep. you will be responsible for receiving and transmitting pure and reliable messages, tracking vehicles, equipment, and recording all important information into our data base. Essentially, you will be the conductor, and will be responsible for the direction off all units.

Skills and Specifications:

A Customer Service Rep. must possess the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.

Extremely detailed oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Requires a considerable degree of initiative and independent judgment within procedural boundaries in responding to emotional, disturbed and sometimes abusive people in a variety of situations.

Ability to manage time effectively.

Capable of decision making and judgment to guide the personnel under him/her.

Customer/ Dispatch Rep. must be conversant with computers and know how to access and retrieve data. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
