Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our boutique, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere and providing personalized service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor, and gifts, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with product selection, providing personalized recommendations.
Answer customer inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are tidy.
Assist with inventory tracking and restocking items as needed.
Create a positive and memorable experience for every customer, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty.
Assist with posting to various social media accounts such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required in a retail setting (one year minimum).
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluent in English.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with basic computer skills and learning new software (experience with POS systems is a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus).
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
