Job Title: Customer Service / Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key position that ensures smooth office operations and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping Duties:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (Including Invoicing, data entry and clean-up)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Manage past due invoices
Customer Service Duties:
Answer phones, emails, handle mail, and provide general office support
Follow up with customers
Manage vendor communication and account setup
Assist with document preparation, and special projects
Qualifications:
Some experience in bookkeeping
At least 3 years of Customer Service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment:
