Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our dry-cleaning business. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their dry-cleaning needs, managing garment assembly, and overseeing operations at two retail locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with customers, and have strong organizational skills, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their dry-cleaning needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and garment care.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
- Manage the assembly of garments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations at both retail locations, ensuring smooth workflows and productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor new staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the dry-cleaning industry.
- Knowledge of garment care and dry-cleaning processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lead and manage operations across two retail locations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to lift and move garments and supplies as needed.
