Pre-construction and Estimating Manager
Our projects are $300,000-10,000,000 in the Condo, Townhome, Multifamily, and Luxury hotel space. Rayco needs a seasoned professional to assist us with reviewing our estimating team proposals for accuracy and value engineering before presenting them to clients. In addition, once approved, obtain all the relevant subcontractor proposals and prepare a detailed execution plan to walk our production team through getting the job done effectively. Candidates must be willing to travel between San Diego County & Orange County / Los Angeles area.

Pre-Construction.
Prepare jobs for handoff to project managers.

Review budgets and execution plans.
