Job Summary
Hi there! We are seeking a Night Area Manager to join our CCS team in Orange County! This role is a key position. This position is responsible for but is not limited to working closely with the Account Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.
Essential Functions
Scheduling and supervising field cleaning crews
Hands-on training
Multiple site visits per night in company company-provided vehicle for quality assurance
Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and providing technology
Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
Other tasks and administrative duties

This is a full-time hourly, permanent, on-site position (not remote).
Salary $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in both English & Spanish - verbal and written communication skills.
Valid California Driver's License (no violations within three years)
Ability to work independently, Positive Attitude, Professional, and Quick learner.
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
2 years of relevant cleaning experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and employees.
