We are a distribution company in Anaheim for over 15 years. We are looking for a detail-oriented and Full time accountant and assistant Bookkeeper. This in-office position requires at least 2years experience and knowledge of QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter orders
Post and reconcile financial transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
Support the bookkeeping team with administrative tasks as needed.
