Metya Financial Services offers Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Financial Consulting Services and we are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Preparer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial concepts and be proficient in using various accounting software systems. This role involves preparing tax returns for individuals and/or businesses, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while providing excellent customer service.
DUTIES:
· Input of tax information from clients.
· Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns under the direction of a senior tax preparer.
· Review financial records, expenses, and income to ensure accuracy of information provided.
· Review of tax related forms prepared by administrative staff (8821, 2553, etc).
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
· Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and efficiency.

· ProConnect tax software knowledge is preferred.
· Tax preparation experience (preferred but not required).
· Microsoft Office-based product computer skills (including excel and word) and ability to learn new software quickly.
