Tax Preparer
We are a staffing agency, seeking full-time tax preparers to fill open roles in the Orange County area. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of tax preparation experience, particularly in the following areas:
- Preparation of tax returns for Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, Trusts, and Individuals
- Year-end tax projections
- Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Ability to manage the complete tax preparation process independently, including scanning documents and obtaining any
missing information
- Strong attention to detail, with the capability to identify requirements for tax returns and familiarize yourself with
internal processes for gathering necessary information
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with business and account managers, as well as clients
via email and phone
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple tax returns during peak season
- Capability to meet deadlines
Experience & Requirements:
- 2 years of tax experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Tax Preparation Certification, Enrolled Agent status, or CPA license is required.
