Who We Are:
We're a fast-growing, forward-thinking manufacturing company building vehicles that serve recreational and mobile business markets across the country. While our roots are small, our vision is big—and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. If you're an experienced Controller who’s ready to step into a high-impact leadership role and help shape the financial future of a scaling organization, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
As our Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of the company—owning our numbers, systems, and reporting. From managing daily accounting functions to providing strategic financial insights, you’ll help ensure we operate efficiently and scale smart. You’ll work directly with leadership to influence decision-making and drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting: A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, sales tax compliance, and general ledger.
Own month-end and year-end close processes; produce timely and accurate financial statements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
Analyze financial data to guide pricing strategies, profitability, and cost control.
Build and refine financial models to support growth initiatives and strategic planning.
Partner with department heads on budget management, reporting, and resource allocation.
Ensure internal controls are in place and compliant with GAAP and regulatory standards.
Manage tax filings, compliance, and the annual audit process with external auditors.
Identify and implement process improvements across financial systems and workflows.
Stay current on accounting regulations and best practices to keep us sharp and compliant.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience—ideally in a manufacturing, automotive, or product-based business.
Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Strong FP&A, modeling, and budgeting skills.
Fluent in QuickBooks Online and familiar with ERP/accounting systems (experience with manufacturing ERPs is a plus).
A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability—you can zoom in and out with ease.
Clear communicator who can simplify complex financials for non-finance teammates.
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to implement systems that scale.
Why Join Us?
This isn’t just a finance role—it’s a chance to leave your mark on a company that’s building something special. You’ll have real ownership, a voice at the table, and the opportunity to grow as we do. We offer competitive compensation and an environment that values initiative, creativity, and getting things done.
To Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re the right fit. We’re excited to meet someone who’s just as passionate about financial excellence as we are about building vehicles.
