We are a CPA firm with a fully staffed accounting department.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is essential.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Availability to work in Aliso Viejo, CA.
