Position Summary

You will be our Bookkeeper and Office Manager at Zurich Technology Solutions, Inc. working from our office in Irvine, California. Initially, you will report directly to the CEO, but this could change as needed. This is a full-time position, which will be focused on total control and management of our Accounting and Finance Department as well as our Office Management.

This is a full-time position which will be focused on Accounting, HR, AR. AP and Financial Reporting. As other activities may arise your job duties may be adjusted accordingly.

Job Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities will be as follows:

· Management of QuickBooks Inventory/Items.

· Accounts Payable/Receivable for offices in California.

· Customer Invoicing and entering in QuickBooks

· Inputting Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in QuickBooks (Start to Finish Sales and Purchasing Cycle in Quick Books).

· Full Charge Bookkeeping, Cash Management, Month End Closings, Accruals, JE’, Fixed Assets, Asset Tagging.

· Management reports generation (P&L, P&L by Job, Margin Analysis, Balance Sheet, Inventory, Sales and Consignment Reports, Commissions, Budgets).

· Payroll and benefits (Gusto Payroll).

· Interface with Government Agencies (BOE, EDD, IRS), their Tax Filings (mainly Sales Tax Returns) and Online Modules.

· General Office Oversight and Administrative Tasks.

· Interface with Customers/Vendors for AR and AP.

· Sales Administrative Tasks, Warehouse Operations and HR Duties.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications to include Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.)

· Must be Software Savvy, Adaptable to New Software as we also have an internal Operational System.

· Willingness to help out in other areas as/if needed, Zurich is looking for someone to join our TEAM atmosphere and approach to Business.

Requirements

· Bachelors or Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (additional years of accounting experience may offset education)

· Seven years’ experience managing company financial books.

· Excellent Computer – MS Office 2003 (Excel, Word)

· Professional, detail oriented, and reliable
