This is part time job opportunity with property management company related to a law office. We are a small, but professional organization in central San Clemente. Needing an assistant to provide bookkeeping and administrative assistance to manage residential properties in the San Clemente/Dana Point area. The job entails bookkeeping on Quick Books Online, paying property bills and vendor invoices, preparing property management invoices, some tenant interaction and communication and general administrative duties regarding the properties, tenants, utilities, city and county and state agencies. Structured short hours are expected; extra hours depending on activities. Must have experience with Quick Book Online and Excel. Must be a local resident in the area. This is a great position for a mature person desiring to return to the work force part time in this South Orange County location.
