It integrates treatment for co-occurring mental illnesses, using evidence-based practices tailored to the specific trauma and substance use histories of women.The residential SUD treatment program operates 24/7/365, for both males and females with a total of 42 beds distributed across the levels. The Supervisor oversees staff to ensure high-quality client care and effective team performance. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating with external agencies, and handling other tasks as directed.Requirements Education and Experience:LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD with license or license eligible through Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or the California Board of Psychology (CBP). Experience providing supervision to direct service providers in comparable size agencies with similar clients.Experience with efficient and effective treatment and management of clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.Knowledge of and experience with providing trauma informed services.Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Background Clearance Required: Live scan fingerprint clearance, fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots; there are no medical or religious exemptions available for this position.Certified: First Aid and CPR within 30 days of employment.  Must be able to pass TB test upon hire and annually. Clinical Supervisor Overview of ResponsibilitiesDirect Supervision and Training: Responsible for providing direct supervision, training, and guidance. Delivers and arranges training and resources. Provides coaching, support, and performance management.Performance Management: Responsible for managing direct report performance, including improvement plans and warnings. Identifies strengths and weaknesses, aiming to develop potential. Ensures all direct reports comply with procedures, meet expectations, and achieve goals.Administrative and Operational Support: Supports the manager in interviewing, hiring, and terminations. Responsible for scheduling and facilitating team meetings.Treatment Oversight: Ensures that all direct reports deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent care. Manages clinical documentation and compliance. Addresses treatment oversight needs and manages crises.Program Management: Manages the execution of treatment service plans. Maintains team productivity and contract utilization. Ensures program compliance with contractual requirements.Direct Service: May include crisis intervention, assessments, and other client services. Assumes ownership for any crisis related to service delivery.
