Maintains knowledge of products and services relating to treasury management.
Ensures compliance with audit regulations.
Guides and trains the team effectively.
Ensures support team is efficiently trained.
Monitors workload distribution and staffing levels.
Resolves escalated customer service issues.
Tracks problem resolution for customer satisfaction.
Identifies risk issues and recommends risk management strategies.
Measures and tracks team performance.
Uses databases and tech tools to track service results.
Communicates policies and procedures to team.
Enhances associates & specialists effectiveness.
Ensures regulatory compliance, including taking required online trainings.
Requirements
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Concur, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions Familiarity with About Time and Accounting Functions Experience with Accrual Accounting and managing Annual Budget Expertise in Auditing Knowledge of Treasury and Banking Operations Ability to supervise and provide support to the Treasury Management team Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience in a similar role within the banking industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Capacity to interpret and analyze financial data.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of treasury experience, ideally in banking
3+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Windows
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of retail product procedures and documentation
Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) preferred
Understanding of Business, Commercial Deposit & Treasury products
Strong mathematical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to accurately and effectively work with internal and external customers and vendors
Familiar with analyzing customer credit data and financial information
