Integrate Seamlessly: Combine data from various sources into cohesive, comprehensive documents
Polish to Perfection: Edit and proo documents to ensure clarity and consistency
Juggle Projects: Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time
Ensure Compliance: Keep all documentation in line with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and incorporate them into our processes
Audit and Review: Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
Team Up with Compliance: Work closely with compliance teams to understand and implement regulatory changes
This position is a hybrid remote & on-site role at our client office in Oakland, CAMinimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field preferred)
Experience in technical writing with a portfolio of relevant work.
Proficiency in documentation tools like Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Visio, WordPress, and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in industries such as utilities, power, telecom, and data engineering.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry-specific guidelines

This position pays between $80,000 and $115,000 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
