Description We are seeking a Case Management Administrator based in Oakland, California. This role provides a unique opportunity to participate in the healthcare industry where you will be coordinating and overseeing case management projects from start to finish. As a Case Management Administrator, you will be involved in cross-departmental collaboration, tracking project progress, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage case management projects from inception to completion. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project alignment and efficiency. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlines. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively. Assist in developing and implementing project plans and strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and address potential project risks and issues. Utilize strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively with diverse teams. Experience in project management, including planning, setting milestones, and managing timelines. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Knowledge of HealthCare.gov and its regulatory requirements. Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in non-clinical tasks related to case management. Experience in QA management to ensure adherence to quality standards. Capability to monitor and report on project progress. Experience in working within the healthcare sector is a plus.
