Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill.This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Senior Maintenance and Reliability Engineer will provide advanced knowledge and technical expertise to deploy continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will contribute to deliver the optimization of equipment maintenance and technical aspects of reliability engineering strategies.Key Accountabilities

Deploy complex reliability excellence activities and identify and prioritize reliability engineering value creation opportunities.

Ensure the implementation of the strategic development of asset reliability centered maintenance applications.

Perform technical reviews of complex projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.

Execute the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.

Participate in the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology applications to identify and eliminate defects.

Oversee the specific lubrication program to ensure refinement.

Partner with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.

Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Proven knowledge in the application of reliability tools

Knowledge in maintenance process management

Preferred Qualifications

Certified maintenance reliability professional or similar certification

Training in predictive maintenance technologies

Training and knowledge of management of the proactive maintenance model

SAP experience

#themuse#LI-LB1#FGBCompensation DetailsThe expected salary for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
