Basin Bar - Seasonal Pool Server

The Pool Server is a vital member of the service team, providing a warm welcome to all guests as they enter the pool area, and providing general Food & Beverage service to guests in and around the pool area. The Pool Server will be responsible for providing amenities to guests and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Pool areas.Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.Set up and close the pool deck each shift according to Auberge standards.Assist guests with arrival to spa treatments on timeIntroduce first-time guests to facilities and servicesProvide Food & Beverage service to guests in lounges and cabanasPresent the menu with helpful explanations of dishes and beveragesTake accurate food and beverage orders, input into POS systemServe drinks and food promptly, ensuring cleanliness of Pool areasAct as a liaison between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchenDemonstrate professionalism and attentiveness throughout the dining experiencePerform side work and provide pool amenitiesContribute to safety and sanitization protocols for a healthy work environmentProvide the pool area with fresh, clean towels and remove dirty towels and other items from the pool area Ensure dirty linens are taken to laundry nightly and clean linen is always stocked Replenish the beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.Provide guests with “surprise and delights” hourly during their pool experience. Report any and all maintenance issues to management regarding pool/umbrellas/furniture/etcRate of pay - $18.50 per hour + tips.
